Registration Information:

SmartZoid provides two convenient options for your payment. You can choose to pay monthly or annually whatever method that is convenient to you. In both the options your first month is considered as a trial period and is absolutely free. You will not be charged, and you don't have any commitment to continue with SmartZoid if you choose to cancel. SmartZoid provides this flexibility for you and your child to experience SmartZoid and provide an opportunity to you to compare SmartZoid with other learning centers and programs.

Registration can be explained in two basic steps:

Step 1: Enter your children's information. You can enter more than one child in this step, however, each child must be entered one at a time. Each one of your children will get a separate login ID and password. A child simply has to log on each day (from anywhere in the world with internet access) to be able use SmartZoid. Let the learning begin!

Cancellation Information:

If you are ever not satisfied, you can cancel your account at any time. If you cancel your account before the end of 30 days, your credit card will not be charged. Cancellation is very easy--Simply send an e-mail with "Cancel my account" as the subject, and your login ID in the message box.

If you cancel your account before the end of the trial period:
Your account will not be charged. You owe nothing.

If you cancel your account after the end of the trial period:
If you're paying monthly: Your account will be valid until your subscription ending period and then cancelled. No more new monthly charges will be made to your account.
If you're paying annually: Your account will be valid until the end of the month and then cancelled. Your account will be charged only for the number of months you used the account with the monthly payment plan, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

For example, if you cancel the account in the third month.
1. First month free (if you have first month free promotion),
2. Next two months will be charged at the rate of $24.95,
3. So the balance is $179.40 - $49.90 = $129.50 -- will be refunded to you.
